As Beryl's 30 this year, I thought I would give her a bit of a makeover. She's been with us about two thirds of her life, and has only been painted once since we got her. That was to change her from white to blue and I think that respray involved her being in the same barn as some paint. So, I have decided to go the coach enamel and rollers route. This is now paint job number six for me! From the look of me hands you would think I am painting myself too..... Only done the cab so far, its only a third of the van but the fiddliest bit due to the masking. Will put the pics up later as they are on Gary's phone....

OH HA HA!! Compare the cab with the body...... That's only 1 coat (though obviously not a colour change) and it only took about half a litre!! It was thinned a little bit, with celly thinners. I have some bumper and trim paint to tidy up the plastic bits, and will be spraying the wheels silver too.

I used rustoleum on mine, i tried using thinners but it was drying too quick so i used white spirit after that and gave me more time to play with.
