the sill was hanging under the door...I had done a job on the rest of the sill but the rust broke out again almost immediately....new steel needed. You just can't get to rust between the panels can you! I don't know how much he'll paint...have to wait and see what he does I think

Semes Duck will finally be in the bodyshop next week....
I'm having the valences replaced and I'm concerned about matching the faded paint....what are your thoughts about ainting the lower panels a different colour...Ford Blue for instance....

Two tone can look nice, maybe have a play with photo shop if you can. On the other hand you should be able to get a decent match to the existing colour

matching the existing colour isn't the problem...it's white....but it's also shite. I'd say it's been resprayed badly at some point and the new paint, expertly applied, will stand out like a sore thumb. (Personally I prefer them one colour too....) I doubt my man could spray it badly even if he wanted to. Maybe I'll just paint the upper valance a different colour and the bumpers too...

were you thinking of just 2 toning the 2 side panels up or going upto near the windows? if up by the windows I don't think it would too bad blue under white.
