Looking for another chunk of advice and help please forum peeps.
My van has developed brake judder but only through the pedal. It's nothing new to me having had quite a few old motors but the judder this time is only through the pedal whereas previously it would be through the steering wheel too. This leads me to think it could be the rear drums.
I know that's not the most in-depth description but anyone care to input so far?
So... I could get the rear drums skimmed but I have no idea what the minimum thickness of these should be. No point in me looking to get them skimmed if they're already at or past minimum or they'll only overheat and warp again. I really should get a workshop manual.
In the meantime can anyone tell me what the specs should be?
From there, the obvious step could be to get some replacement drums so if anyone can help it'd be good. I reckon postage would be pretty expensive so somewhere in the NW I could collect from might be good.
If the God of Karma exists, for help I receive here I'm about to do a 4 sp to 4sp OD conversion thread if it will help anyone else, including clutch change.
Ta in advance.

Hey PB, just asking, have you checked the front pads?
If its not broken...I can break it!

Sounds like front wheel related to me. Before you look at your brakes, check your tyres for distortion and even loose wheel nuts!

Probably worth checking the age of the tyres, some of mine are rather old and probably not quite as round as they should be any more.
