haven't done anything during the week so thought i'd attack her as the weather was nice. out with the old.was worried about the curves so left a tiny bit of the curve to the right and then i'll cut the side bit out later keeping the shape. and in with the new stuck some paint on just to seal it for now.

cheers all.doubt no chance off a Christmas finish as everything i'm doing isn't costing me anything. cut the top of the corner panel off today and it's fairly rusty inside but solid so not sure how to attack it. the gutter/roof is rotten in places help with some sort of rubber silicon stuff but done this bit.

I`d cut the outer panel back a bit more and work from the inside out. Just cut out the rusty inner panel, make a replacement piece and weld it in. Then do the outer piece. Replace one piece at a time, step by step and you`ll have it done pretty soon and have less stress doing it.

couldn't really get to much inside as me angle grinder is a bit bulky.most of the metal was rather solid that was left so gave it a good coat of rust converter.made an inner bit and welded to it.just tacked in for now.will need a bit of filler as them curves are a pain in the butt. inner strip and corner plate roof and gutter corner panel
