G`day guys I had the bonnet pop open a couple of years ago and bent the rear corners (i`ve heard this isnt all that uncommon). My question is: can anyone walk me through the process of repairing the bonnet so it looks right again? Cheers all Troppo

Block of wood underneath the crease and apply force in the opposite direction to that which initially bent it to bring it back, failing that gentle application of a hammer to bring them back down. You might need to do final adjustment in situ to get them as close as possible

personally depending on how bad I'd get a pair of multi grips and a couple of bits of wood.plac the wood on top and below the bend and tighten the grips onto the timber as not to damage the bonnet and then bend down until straight.tidy up with a bit of filler and bobs ya uncle.
