I would say yes. Whenever I get told a motor factors don't have parts for the transit, I say what about the Capri? Works every time...

Advance retard curve might be a bit different thats about all I would have thought. My transit comes up with a smaller (more expensive) oil filter if I tell them what its for rather than getting the big cheap one that fits the Sierra/ Falcon/ Rover V8 etc

I have fitted car distributors into Pintos, Essex 4 and 6 cyl and also the Kent x flow, they all worked fine
