Missed your previous post mate, have found that when trying to get parts for my Van the parts listings on motomobil site, the numbers they use seem to tally up to ford part no.s,know it's a bit late now,but might help later on.( lot of there part have pics aswell, even if you don't use motomobil find it a good reference). Ford manual says oil MG 568 D(SAE 80),capacity 1.3 liters,2.8pts(us),2.3pts(Imp) for gearbox(manuals for mk1)

All the floors now been strengthened and the back corner tweeked  a good friend of mine is a chippy so has all the right tools etc There's just a couple of bits he's wanting to finish before its all screwed back together. Been hunting for bits of old ambulances again.... Still desperate for some of the thick rubber trim that joins the main camper body to the bottom fiberglass section if anyone can help That's not me BTW it's the brother in law :-)

I've managed to find some trim now by the meter and at a very reasonable price compared thanks for the info you both put me on the the right track I'd been searching for seal when actually what I wanted to be looking for was called fender trim I've ordered it from a company called bridge rubber and plastics. Mean while I've been working front to back I've come across a broken spacer? Is it a common part or am I better looking for something to do the same job?
