I've managed to find some trim now by the meter and at a very reasonable price compared thanks for the info you both put me on the the right track I'd been searching for seal when actually what I wanted to be looking for was called fender trim I've ordered it from a company called bridge rubber and plastics. Mean while I've been working front to back I've come across a broken spacer? Is it a common part or am I better looking for something to do the same job? The plastic spacer thing should be there its a guide/roller for the rear sliding springs, I just bought some nylon rod of the same outer diameter and drilled the inner to match the mounting bolt.

Thanks for the info mate I'll put it back on my to do list it's obviously not major as it didn't get picked up on the mot :-)

Looks really good.Do the doors to front cupboards form a screen from cab when both open? Colours and pattern of cushions, curtains look proper period, without going the bright orange, lairy flower route, choice choice.

Cheer mate..... Yes they do the mirror needs taking off the right cupboard as it makes it hard to close.
I want to keep it quite period looking if I can that's the plan anyway ☺ the back end still needs attention but I'm getting there slowly now
