Ford Transit based Ci Trailblazer motor caravan. 1978 very early MK2, pre-facelift MK2
Classic Ford van ready to go, will be Tax exempt in a few years, Appreciating in value, very good condition UK van.
Pinto 2.0 petrol engine, I prefer the simple relible originality.
We have had many adventures in her, around warwickshire, and down to st ives Cornwall, Glastonbury, to name a few. She has been our pride an joy and very much hope to pass her on for many more years of adventure.
Mechanically solid vehicle that has been driven regularly and well maintained. Its MOT'd and ready to go. Recently had new service parts, points, cam belt, and 4 tyres. She runs along nicely at 60 mph, often seen overtaking VW camper vans! (Keeps up with the M5 summer traffic jams!).
Camper Interior: 4 berth Pop up roof Roll out roof beds Rotating front seats Rear seats forward facing or bench Fold out table / bed under seat storage Cupboards Wardrobe Gas 2 burner hob and grill all working Sink with telescopic tap, foot operated pump all works. Fresh water tank (under floor) Gas powered fridge Leisure battery and lights Curtains Front window insulation screens
Drive away Awning. Period awning also included Attaches to van, but you can drive away for day trips.
The Van. Low mile summer use has saved the bodywork not a rusty transit. Very straight but original paint has cracked. Tow bar. Front bull bar.
I recommend coming to have a look. Make me an offer, may consider a P/X or swap! Advertised on Gumtree for images, I'll add on here ASAP.
Thanks

Thanks guy's, I picked it up last weekend and parked it in the garage, I've been so busy that I haven't had a chance to do much on it. One thing I had to do was sort out the gear stick as the roll pin at the bottom had basically disintegrated!!

Oops!did it come off in your hand? That's happened to me before! I had trouble getting 3rd gear and then it went totally, all sorted now though, I used a selector roll pin from a Classic mini
