Hello,
I´m gonna paint my mk2 transit van in light green but i was wondering what type of greens the ford transit mk2 or mk1 have. Can you help me?

Do a google with your model year 'ford colours 1978' and it will bring up a heap of pages showing you what colours were used in that year. You just have to go through the pages to see if you can find one for your country, maybe try 'ford colours england 1978'

The Capri had one called fern green. There's a green in the Dormobile brochure but it may be their own colour

That would look beautiful on a mk1 with a cream grille, but not sure about a mk2. Its a great 50s 60s colour. but each to their own and you might prove me wrong (probably will :-))

I have no problem with green my mk2 is green :-) Unless you're going for a custom van the colour should be age related if you want it looking original. but the choice is yours, it's your van

As sleepy said it's your van I have decided to paint mine in a 68 fairlane colour only because I like the colour
