And feet that go through the floor if you push to hard..reminds me of on old PA Cresta my dad had,the ICE in the front passenger seat used to be "watch the road son,see if yo see anything"cos there wernt hardly any footwells left. how did it ever get through its mot then ?

We've got a 69 minibus. All original with the original through the floor pedals. It's seriously cosmetically challenged having been painted with vinyl matt and was bought without an MOT. We paid a grand about 18 months ago. They haven't gone up that much have they? Yes, I too would say £500 tops for the camper.

Wouldn't being a van and not a minibus/kombi make it worth more? Shame its not a '65 though.

Was a long time ago,Crestas rusted fast, mots were easier, footwells werent structural( unless you wanted a footrest),he used to buy a lot of bangers and just run them till mot was out and uneconomic and scrap them £20-100cars were plentiful back then,he even had a SS 1.5 for a while(Pre war Jag,Swallow Sidecars,SS),big saloon, but every car is when your4.Headlights were bigger than a bigheads, again scrapped, but thats how it was.

Get the roof!! Seriously! Our 69 has no rear seats and the rear of the headlining is sadly missing, so may end up as a van. The stupid brakes under the floor will be going too!! We still have what's left of the donor so could cut bits off that to panel up the minibus.

Good find, glad the guy chopped it off for you, (the vent that is) you need to get it in the right place now on your van, Did you have any measurements of where it should go ?
