Hi I don't know about Aussie prices but it doesn't seem over expensive from what UK spec ones in similar condition are being advertised for over here.

I'm thinking around the 7K mark but you might have to wait a while. The WA car market is pretty sluggish at the moment with young miners selling off their toys. If you can, take it with you.

Thanks for the feed back had a quote to ship of around 8k AD to ship, catch 22 would love to keep it as I doubt I would be lucky enough to get another as good. But the shipping is two much. Yeah the WA market and work situation is not good here at present, big slow down in the building trade also.

That shipping quote is really really expensive, it's possible to do RORO from Aus to Europe now. It would be worth trying some other companies for prices. Don't know where you are heading but some countries in Europe drive on the wrong side of the road..

Honestly mate, try to get a better shipping quote. Would it be cheaper to take it to europe and drive home? Dare I say get to europe then 'break down' and get recovered home? That would cut the cost a bit....

Like your style Fred the Australian number plates have to be taken of and returned before shipping. There are no mot s here in WA just a registration fee around $180 for 3 months they call it rego, it also gives yo third party insurance so you can legally drive but insurance is advisable. If the cops catch you with no rego they unscrew your plates and leave you by the side of the road. So that one will not work, would be shipping to Dublin then two hour drive home Probably get it brought home on truck for 300 euro. Got a much more reasonable quote for roll on roll of coming in at around 4k AD. Battery has to be disconnected and empty of fuel or you are charged more for shipping dangerous goods, but that's no problem. Much more reasonable quote.
