need advice please peeps.got a door of ralph and stuck it on today.unfortunately the catch that stops it swinging back is out of alignment so removed it for now.the problem i have is the door on the right (o/s) doesn't quite line up.the ridges across the centre are slightly up by a few mm over the n/s but at the top it goes to quite abit.the gap at the corners is better that the old door but slightly wider.also when the doors close do they over lap or shut flush with each other?i'm wondering if the top of the van needs to be moved over to the n/s a bit to line things up.
Did you know minibus and van door stays are slightly different? You can't lay the minibus door across the rear lights on a minibus. You can with a van, by flipping the stay out of the door. The minibus door stay is fixed in. I don't know if this makes any difference to the actual doors or hinges.
Red door needs to go closer to the pillar and up. Have you got the latching mechanism in the red door? Mine look a bit close if they aren't latched fully. Grey door might need to go a touch closer to the pillar
