I've recently discovered the leisure battery in my camper is getting no charge whatsoever. Not from the main battery or when plugged in. At some point somebody has done some diy electrics and not to a very high standard either. Ive been advised to get a split charger by a friendly auto electrician and he will re do my electrics for me.
I'm not sure what I should be looking for as there seem to be plenty of options. What are other people using?

Ah the old camper and dodgy DIY electrics problem. Electrikery isn't my strong point, I would ask Muttley!

You need a voltage sensing split charge relay

X2 on Sleepy has said, the durite is also that simple to wire up that you may not need to use an autoelectrician to install, the extra money for durite compared to cheaper alternative potentially saving instalation labour bills.
