It's always the darkest before the dawn, as someone once said.

No real one point just seems I have been going round and round for ever touching up or fixing something , plus I found bubble on the spring hanger which swiftly turned into a hole so that's another thing todo before next Wednesdays MOT . Just not getting the time using it that I hoped as I'm always fixing something

Try having a cup of tea (or something a tad stronger!) Sounds like you need to have 5 minutes away from the van, catch your breath and have a fresh start tomorrow. Everyone hits a wall from time to time. You'll come through it stronger and keener than ever. Good luck

You'll be fine after a brew or stiff drink, you got a few problems then? Will be worth it when its over with. Would you prefer to own a nice reliable kia???

Is that all, you own a Transit, what were you thinking Fix Or Repair Daily! I went to go to drop off the missus in Shorty this morning, started, got 3 yards and cut out. Ballast resistor gone. Push back on drive and replace resistor, go to start, click click click, starter gone (or so I thought) Leave Shorty at home and go on with Delilah, Drop off wife, go home, try jump start, no joy, take off starter and test. ok, replace starter, click click click, fit another starter, click click click, go through all wiring, clean earths replace, click click click!!! Put jump lead to battery earth and block, truck starts! Fit EXTRA engine earth lead and all is well, go figure That's almost a weekly occurrence for us as we only have one non Transit in the fleet Feel any better?

Know the feeling. I'm just back from Wales , 1300 miles of blissful Transiting....start getting Duck ready for the test and find the small hole in the chassis I knew about actually is a complete rebuild of the front end of the chassis and crossmember. Beyond my capabilities, so it's a choice of sell at a huge loss or spend a four-figure sum
