well been out at the old girl this weekend and been quite stressful.been having wifey troubles and I think it transferred to the work I was trying to do.main problem was the welds just not taking regardless of clean metal,good earth etc. but soldiered on and got the door on but had to remove the door seal as it was getting in the way.still got to join the bottom sections of the pillar together but getting there oh and eventually managed to get some good welds in the end.

goingg well mate, one thing that can effect a welder is if your running it on an extension lead. You drop a lot of current that way and your welder wont have any grunt

cheers guys.still a fair bit to do at the bottom.one problem I have encountered is there isn't enough room to plug weld the corner to the side panel.originally it was spot welded in place.
