Dodge i had 2 enquiries for the whole camper and it seems even €500 is too much to ask which is about£350.had an enquiry for doors bonnet and wings but might aswell just use them myself.my idea was to use the bits i need then cut the body off and sell it as a chasis cab, the camper that is, might get an easier sale

well as ya might all know the camper went so left with the bus.slowly been buying panels with only 1 rear door and lower rear corners to buy.will need to buy a sheet or too af metal for all the bits that need to be repaired.would still like to keep her as a bus but wondering how hard it's gonna be to track down seats.lets hope not too much mechanicals need work.

If you want total originality the seats will be hard to find. Slightly later ones (Mk3) look OK but later ones will the integral seat belts look wrong. What's the law there with seat belts? Here the cutoff is 87 but most panicked and chucked the seats or swapped them leaving classic buses without the original seats.

the laws an ass over here you don't even get minibus class on ya driving license but I have a uk one so I don't care anyway she's a classic.i suppose the best thing to do is concentrate on the bodywork first and then put the feelers out on the seats.

Have you got a side door? If not go the crewbus route.

Did you cut the rear floor our of the camper? There's some floor left in our donor. Not much round the wheel arches though.

never got the floor.the one that bought it from me was supposed to get back but did bother.ta for the offer i'll bear that in mind.the guy in turkey does floor sections and awaiting cost but don't know the size.the bus has a side door on her but that would be easier access to the rear seats.

Ah what I am talking about is factory style wooden bench seats. That won't work with a side door!

Or someone lovely has to swap theirs for their children and gives you the originals
