Kinda crappy pics I just picked up a better phone but will need to stand on my fence to get a nice full view! Stripped out most the rust from the engine bay etc, gave it a good clean and under layers of grime a lot of the paint work was in alright nick, although a lot was also fucked and required much welding. Anyway, now has a nice thick coat of epoxy primer applied ready for the paint work. The Gold bit is the gutter which was done for, had filled with leaves and rusted through , meaning that water had leaked into the cab leaving lots of nice holes inside! after much sculpting of sheet metal and shit loads of sheet metal it looks a bit messy but should bit fit for purpose.
I'll get some better pics tomoz.

Nice work there. Are those the wings with the rot? They don't look too bad there.

Oh nice one, when it said Dormobile, I thought it would be like Martin's one on Ever Decreasing Circles.

1 - 2 ) Not sure on technical term but rear sections for tail lights. Left side completely replaced with Zinc-tech. Right side cleaned up and epoxied. 3) Entire rear panel replaced with zinc-tech as it was a complete state. 4) Originally this was a enormous patch of body filler! I sanded it down and found an aluminium sheet underneath attached only with sikaflex! Popped it off. cleaned everything up, then riveted it back on. 5) Window sills, jambs, and 'lintels' were all in very bad shape. Many filled in with body filler! Stripped down, primed, and fixed up with riveted on and sealed zinctech. 6) New seats! Old ones were wrecked. Picked up these captain seats for £180 for the pair from Cornwall when I was on holiday, in great nick! Bolted to box section frame and will be welded to the floor. 7) Floor plan. Just cleaning this up and then the cover will go back on. 8) Dashboard, not in bad nick but might need fixing up in a few places 9) Brake cables are pretty corroded. Need to sand them down and possibly think about replacing. Liberal application of WD40 in appropriate places. Going to replace the shocks. 10) Propshaft, in the process of rust removal and then will get a good epoxy prime.
