Strip it all out in the biggest pieces you can, but measure everything before you do (oops noticed you already have lol) cut, fold and form the chassis and subframe parts, you might need th get the beaver pannel rolled at a metal shop, do the bast of the heel tubs and then finish with the floor. Little by little and you`ll have it all done after a while

Little by little and you`ll have it all done after a while i know she's dropped so was planninning on doing the rear inner valance first and getting it level and then the inner rear corners and then work out and up keeping it all square with the inner panels.does that sound like a plan?

Would anyone know the length of the inner rear valance as i cut mine off without measuring thanks to the wife being a bitch and annoying me before i started.

Height 15.5 cm(6 inch),plus fold top and bottom,tacked to floor (top) and outer rear valance (bottom). On mine,taking a measure it's 62cm rearwards of the rear main crossmember(the one going crossways,just behind rear wheel arch). Sorry tapes metric!,if you want/need photos ask,not a problem.

well i can't thank you enough.i'll get on tomorrow and make one up.should make life a lot easier with that in place as i can then work the corners etc as they are gone on the nearside.i might have to end up turning her into a van as around the windows is very rusty(pics tomorrow)plus i have no seats either

Forgot to say,all the folds are folded towards the front of van from rear,all look right angles.

Well thanks to mr bull(sorry dont know ya name) i cut the panel out from the 2mm steel i have.thought id stick it in the vice with 2 lengths of angle iron as edges but by god is it hard to bend.i gave up after quarter of an hour and will try tomorrow.

Try running the grinder disc edge along the line that marks the inside of the bend, dont cut too deep, it will make bending easier

well made up the inner panel but need to make the relavant holes and today made up a repair panel for the chasis.it's not brilliant but i'm hopefully it fit with a bit of jiggling. what's left of chassis end old bit removed and new panel
