Let me know what you need off our donor. There's no driver's side inner rear arch. The driver's rear pillar is good. The passenger side is going at the bottom. Keep going.

welded on the chassis panel.managed to get the height wrong but not a major issue as on the original at the end it drops down for the rear inner panel and as i made mine out of 2mm steel the height at the rear wold have been too high what with the floor and outter rear panel.welder was playing to start with and almost gave up.it's a fairly strong weld as i gave it a good old tug and nowt fell off(the panel that is!!!)

got the rear inner panel on today.didn't bother to get the right shape at the bottom as 2mm is a pain to bend. just ecperimenting with imgbb for hosting

after a little advice please guys and gals.while i've been welding 2mm steel i have had my welder setting or 4 as 5 will blow fuses noe i'm gonna be welding 1mm to 2mm what setting is best? i'm thinking 2 possibly 3

Try it and see turn the power up till it burns through then turn it down slightly. Are you plugged directly into the mains? Using extention cables unless you use mega thick stuff is a recipe for welding problems.

Which fuse is blowing? If it's the welder end (and the other end is fused) replace it with some 20 or 30 amp fuse wire. You won't be welding for enough time to have problems with heat build up just don't have the wire wrapped round anything or coiled up.
It's the voltage drop that's doing it.
