Driving my mk2 today and a stone from a orange mk7 transit gets flicked up and hits my screen nothing happened but was hell of a bang was supprissed it didn't break so later on wile parked in a car park I was in back of van and suddenly a Big Bang and the screen turned all frosted and a hole in it big enough to put my head through 😡 Guess the stone chipped it or somthing ? Insurance company says national windscreens will come Tuesday and fit a new screen I asked if that's new or used screen they said it's new sooooo where do they get a new mk2 screen then ? Have a feeling they will arrive with a later wrong screen

As sleepy said, new screens are available. You must have had a toughened screen for it to go like that. The good news is you should get a laminated one via the insurance.
