for swb mk2...someone on the net suggested 50 psi, that's way too high surely?

thx for that. I had been putting in 35 or so but my garage reduced them all down to 30, and you'd need arms like Popeye to steer it so I increased it back. Steering seems sloppy since i got the track rod ends done, I wonder if it needs the tracking adjusted? Years ago we used to toe-in the wheels slightly buit the steering boxes are notorious for play so I don't really know which way to go. I'll increase to 40 or 45 and see if that improves things.

I have never had a transit at 30. Even Camilla, a single wheeler. No idea where they got 30 from.

Your steering should have toe-in of 0.5 to 0 mm that means it can be parallel or as much as 0.5 mm toed in. I find parallel gives the best drive

can't find my string but with 45lb in the steering is much better,a bit bouncier perhaps. might reduce it to 40 later.
