Hi. Im Eddy. Ive just joined the forum. I have a 1986 mk2 transit 190 custom 2.4 diesel recovery truck with crewcab, speclift. Ive been trying to look at some of the photos on the posts. But cant seem to work out how to see them. Could someone please tell me how i go about this? Many thanks. Ed

Welcome along, I think a lot of the photos have been lost due to photobuckets money making scam backfiring. However there are various add ins or plugins for your internet browser that will make them work again.

Welcome Ed! It's true, the photos aren't showing on the forum due to the host, photobucket, holding account owners to ransom. If you click on the generic photobucket image, the photos are still there but you aren't allowed to link to them unless you pay £300 a year to do it. Details of how to post your own pics are at the top of the gallery section.

Hi again. Cheers for all the welcomes. I should of joined ages ago as i was thinking of looking for a transit club or something. Im not intouch with all the modern technology stuff. Not very good with the internet stuff as ive never had real intrest in it. Im still old skool really. Yeah i think everybodys had a cortina. Im a total ford nut, have owned afew. If only ida kept em. Ive always liked the mk2 transit, ended up getting mine about 8 years ago now. Its been the original beige kind of colour up untill the last owner painted it a lightish blue. I do keep thinking of spraying it white with a blue stripe with Ford stickers on it in places but i may end up doing that at somepoint. The 1600E ive resprayed in the original Amber gold. Im the 2nd owner. Ive not rushed as its taken me about 10 years to restore as i had other commitments during the resto, have done all the work myself. I will take, post some pickys soon as i can. Cheers. Ed
