I suppose it's a Mk4, would the seats fit my mk2? (it's a camper with captain's type seats with armrests etc)

96 is Mk5, they will fit but you need to fit the seats to the Mk2 bases

I think you may have to drill some holes that dont line up but its pretty straightforward. I can take some pics of some already fitted if you like

been thinking about it and I think that the seats are physically bigger than the originals and won't fit the space available. There are units immediately behind the seats , going to have to find an upholsterer for my seats I think

They are high backs and they do need some room behind them

yeah they look great, but there's no room behind the passenger seat (low sink unit)and very little behind the drivers seat (high fridge unit) so I think they won't really do. I suppose I could buy them and try them, selling them on if they don't fit. Asking €150 or so
