Its a company that makes inner wheelarch liners to retro-fit the Transit range. Got them on my van Sleepy, really do stop any road dirt etc from getting to all the front and rear β rust trapβ areas, not cheap, but neither is bodywork/welding. Once fitted they also cut down a lot of road noise from arch areas. IMO do a better job than underseal etc. They do front and rears(swb, lwb), motomobil stock them too.

do they totally seal off the inner arch or is there still gaps for water to get through?

Will post some pics, easier to see than write description, but front and rear sit just inside edge of arch lip sealing off arch area, only prob possibly (but could be overcome with hacksaw, just mirror other side) would be cut out for steering arm (LHD fitment liners).Have the pics up in hour or so...

I see you spent the time you couldn't get it registered in polishing it under there!!
They look simple enough to create using a sheet of Ali and cardboard aided design.

Only enough time to realize i might have slight OCD tendencies..π³π π‘ If you've got the tools and inclination I could take them off to make paper(postable) template of liners...(just to make sure behind them is still cleanπ)
