Well,I guess like you chaps it’s lockdown O’clock! No going out,no fun, but plenty of time to get a bit more serious...it’s been a while since I posted as I have other irons to attend to .So , borrowed a stick welder, bought a robarbadora!( angle grinder to us Britishers) and set to the numerous holes that I’d discovered...I think the heater matrix must have been leaking for quite an extraordinary time as both foot wells are rusted out...I wasn’t expecting that!. So tap tap flash we go.interesting trying to weld to paper thin oxidation!,keep calm and carry less ampage . Got the floor pan done and patches on an already messy rhs step( not able to source panel replacements here!). This was my first time on a stick but got the hang pretty fast.maybe a little unconventional but tacked on numerous plates to hit sturdier cross members( can’t stand the flop and pop of unsecured floor parts!). And today the cab is completed!. Now just the rest of it .
