Hi,thinking of different tyres, wider would be nicer!,I know 205/80/14 will fit but will 215/80/14 fit and not rub and bump?. The tyres listed on my papers are 750! Which aren’t made anymore!,

Not many choices for you here. Standard is 185 80 14, you can fit 195 80 14 or 205 80 14 with no worries. 215 is a very rare size, I have never heard of it and it would be a very tall tyre indeed. C rated 14” are few and far between, there are 185 70 14 and 195 70 14 but these will not be commercial tyres.

Pricey tyres, at that size with 80 profile it would seriously affect your speedo

They would load the steering up making it even heavier.

Thanks guys for your input,my speedometer is reading over true speed at the moment with 195R14C’s on ,are the 205/80’s higher profile and bring it back to normal?its about 5km/hr out, 75 is actually 70 so going slower and reving harder...

They will but not much, google a tyre size comparison calculator, that will give you a detailed comparison.
