Guys I'm after a mk1/mk2 pedal box please along with the bracket that mounts the brake servo for my 66 mk1 project if anyone has one they are willing to part with.;-)
I've been trying to get a mk3/mk5 pedal box to fit and it won't without a major amount of work as it wants to be right where the steering column exits through the bulkhead, if I position it higher the pedals are miles to high away from the floor so the pedals must be a longer length on mk1/mk2 pedal boxes?
Thanks:-)

Can help you there, but it has to come off the scrapper. When do you need it by?

I would bit its pretty heavy. How much bulkhead do you want with it? Also have you got a steering box?

Thanks, I'll probably only need enough of the bulkhead that the pedal box bolts to for me to graft into my bulkhead. I'm ok for steering, I've got mk5 transit independent front suspension fitted with power steering rack

Please, if you don't mind. ;-)
By the way, would anyone also have a pair of chrome RHD wiper arms please?

Wiper arms are unfortunately like Rocking horse poo mate. I got mine off Ebay eventually, but they weren't cheap I've think I've still got the black ones off my scrapper somewhere if you get stuck.

Lots of the black stuff on the late Mk1s are either stainless or ally......

Hi Fred, how's the pedal box coming along please? Would there be a chance I would have it sometime this coming week please? My deadline for finishing the van is fast approaching, its transport for a bunch of school leavers prom night in 3 weeks time and its booked in for a big show down this way in 4 weeks time.

muttleys back at the yard monday. Just noticed yours is an early. Does it have a shallow bulkhead? You might need more bulkhead than you think. Did you say you needed the servo bracket? I think its attached to the servo. Do your pedals come up through the floor?

Thanks Fred, yes mine is a 66 an has the early shallower bulkhead and it is probably even more different to a UK one being LHD and German! Oh, and yes it did have floor mounted pedals too, no room for them anymore now. I'm not shy of fabricating a mounting area for the pedal box in the bulkhead if I need too, I've built the rest of my bulkhead around the v6 and yesterday I altered the bulkhead on the right side for the hybrid mk1/mk5 steering column to exit.

you can have the whole bulkhead if it helps, but you might want to get it collected. That way you have the positions for the steering column and servo.

Thanks Fred, but I'll just have a little of the bulkhead area where the pedal box mounts. I've already made the part for the steering column and I have already made the rest of the bulkhead to go around the v6 as I have set the engine further back in the van to be able to retain the flat front grille. I also need the servo mounting bracket please, if the piece of bulkhead is going to be a pain to remove then I could always fabricate the mounting area for the pedal box, I've already altered and fabricated other areas of the bulkhead on mine. Thank you.
