Yes.it is the one from Salfords. I bought it last August. It's a 1600 & by the amount of tiny bits of gripper rods & carpet fibres I found in al the nooks & crannies it was a carpet fitters van. The bloke I bought it from said that it was used by a florists. Yes it looks solid but it's got plenty of genuine transit rust although its not been messed with & no previous resto or welding etc.

I paid £1, 700 with quite a few spares in the back. She runs well but looks better in a photo ! All 4 doors need the bottoms repairing. Rear spring hangers & some bits of outrigger replaced. Rear valance & the panel behind that too. Rear corners. Door sills. I'm going to do her u & keep her bog std. . Will need to learn to use my welder properly too !!!. Anyone local to me more than welcome to come & tell me ive been stitched up !

Got my mig out yesterday & started practising on scrap boiler cases. (I'm a gas man) i still can't work out what all the settings mean but after 2 hours I got better which is better than getting worse !

i have a gasless mig which i think is great.i do most of my welding on number 1.the wire speed is automatic.
