Hard to say without seeing it close up but I would say unlikely. Going on what they tend to go for on Ebay etc, I would think £2500 to £3000 should get you a reasonable one. How good is the camper bit on the back? Any leaks? Cooker & Fridge working ok? General appearance and condition? All these things plus more will add or subtract to the value. I would suggest trying to view a couple of others so you have something to compare it against.

Cheers andy Dave who owns it at the minute lol Told me he has just spent £500 on the foam and covers for the insurance as they wasn't flame retardant They where really firm to sit on Every thing works He did have a slight leak on the near side window of the cab But he told me it was monitor and he caught it within days so no damage done Plus he sealed it Having been round the mk3 cortina scene for six years you get to know what's a lemon and what's not I had a good nosey round the van and I never got the lemon impression Obviously further inspection is needed The chap dave seams an honest chap ,I never got any bad vibes from him to indicate other wise I understand that a vehicle is worth what it's worth but sometimes a seller will try and recoup what the car owes him with what they have added or spent on The £3000 that you mention is a good starting point with the hope of ending in the middle £3.500 Thanks again for your advise andy What a friendly site so far Steve
