well just ad another phone call of co parts to ask wat i want to do with my number plate as its a private number plate so i said why are you asking me that.they said so you can retain the number plate.me i said why you taking number plate of my van when im not taking it of the road they said it was inspected on the 6th of this month so i then asked wat the report was they said they cant give me that info.well i was so annoyed at them so i said i will be coming to collect the van they said i cant as its the property of the insurance.so that was that i then phoned the insurance and their fobbing me of saying they own my camper how do you come to that solution i asked when you haven't made a offer ect so i said i would go collect it they said i cant go collect it until all investigations have been made.so me again said you have all the info you need wen it was taken police report inspection done wat more do you need.different excuse every time i contact them this time they said the person dealing with your claim is on a rest day so will get them to call you.PERFECTIC COMPANY so still got know where well i have given them till the end of the week to sort it or i be going to a solicitor as i am not happy the way they are dealing with it 3 people charged insurance premium up to date and payed but yet its us people who get the hassle having to pay out for been honest having insurance tax mot ect but the criminals get away with it and put our insurance up for them to do it again wow wat is the world coming to.well sorry if im going on but its so annoying not been able to have my own van and if they do write it of i have to pay to have my own van bk i own it but yet i have to buy it bk from the theifs that's how honest people get treated.so just for the record if anyone looking for insurance i recommend you don't use the company im with lmao they are as much use as a well u can guess lol.ohhh and this the best bit they have asked to see my criminal record so they can validate my policy if i don't supply it my insurance isn't valid

i had a right go at em today fred they taking the rip well i have told them to get bk to me by end of week or i b going to a solicitor ect to get cozy bk they also said today it more than likely b written of because of its age and to me its not the age its the sentimental age and pride trying to keep my cozy on the road.when i knw she is in gd condition all round apart from wat the theifs did to her which isnt to much but hey insurance companys as per in for the money rather than the sentimental value to us owners.i will fight em all the way knw matter wat it takes

I'm just about to re-insure with Freds forum sponsors A-plan and compared with the epic trauma I had getting insurance last time they were that good I'm taking it out without arguing on price (Had a quote from NFU on a business use policy - they're very nice people but sadly not competitive on price for me)
Fred if the forum gets commission i mentioned where I saw them....

cozy.i'd get back onto copart and let them know not to touch the van as it looks like it'll be going to a solicitor.if they get funny tell 'em you'll sue them too for damages.

i did yesterday irish rang co parts as they was asking me wat i wanted to do with my private plates.i went of my head at em they said hoopers ad been to access cozy and realized she ad private plates i said you better not even contemplate touching the van.i asked wat the report was on cozy they said for data protection we cant tell you as the owners of the van is highway wow did i go on one.so told them not to even touch cozy as i have not heard from the insurance as i am keeping cozy and said if its touch or damaged anymore i will b taking it to court.as its my van not yours or the insurance company's.i said i will also b coming to pick it up they said we wont let you have it without the say so off the insurances when i rang highway to give them a mouth full too.they seem to have a different excuse every time i ring them they say the person dealing with your claim is on a rest day wat kind of excuse is that or they say we are investigating your claim n need more info wat more do they want they got the police statement the 3 people who took cozy been charged this month on the 28th they have my v5 copy of licence my statement n now they saying its been accessed so i asked wat was said from engineer they said we cant tell you that info as we dont have it bk yet.so i said i will b going to go pick cozy up from co parts they said you cant as atm its ours i wasnt getting know where so i told them that they need to get it sorted by the end of the week or i will be taking it to a solicitor so hopefully they will if not then i will sue em for loss off everything.all they want to do is take cozy of the road but this isnt going to happen i will name an shame the companys involed the lot.n once cozy repaired i wont be going with them again.it looks like they dont want to pay out but they better sort something out thats for sure.and fred yes was on classic insurance mate.wass £288.56 fully comp

well after another phone call to insurance and telling them im going to see a solicitor the insurance as now got their head out of their do da i have give them a roasting they are now going to get cozy delivered bk to me so getting somewhere they are also chasing up hoopers for the report on cozy.so hoping they will make an offer ect soon.amazing wat they do wen you tell em you will take em to court.they seem to be sorting it now.so hopefully by start of nxt week cozy will be bk with me.i was fuming this morning as co parts sent me a letter saying if i dont contact them by 24th they will dispose of my camper.so yet again they think they can do this without my say so hence me again ringing the insurance and saying i will sue co parts and you if my transit gets disposed of they then got things moving.so that little push and they are sorting it.yeaaaaaaaaaa cozy coming home yipppppppeeeeee so at least now i can get her sorted and bk on the road.
