you could fill it with mastic, i dont know how you`d go clamping it down though. If you can clamp it down use a decent adhesive like sikaflex

Will do it's still on at the moment I'll be taking it off when I get my welder back lent it to a mate lol

Tigerseal is what I would use over here as long as you can clamp it down tight, I think most PU based automotive adhesives should do it.

Tigerseal is what I would use over here as long as you can clamp it down tight, I think most PU based automotive adhesives should do it. Got to be careful down here with the adhesives you use, with the sun in the summer a parkes car can have a bonnet hot enough to fry an egg. So got to use the good stuff that isnt effected by heat

There are some silicon based adhesive around might look into as they have a high melting point
