Having never replaced the int anf lower panels what's the best approach and will i need to strip out the camper interior?

Not if you are working below floor level, yes if above

Does the top of the intermediate panel go to floor level?so you make hiles in the flanges and plug weld from behind?

my welder didnt say anything about removing the interior to replace the upper sill panels. I hope tht's not another shock I have coming!

Looks like i'll be tidying the garage to make room for the intetior then.good job it's a very basic set up.
