Internally the grey is Ford Cargo grey, there are different shades so you'd need to get it matched.
The red is actually RAL3000, aka Fire Engine Red.
They were always red, Ford used to ship them in primer then the end user (or Ford Dealer) would paint them.
Personally if I could afford it I'd have your van repainted, or at the very least mopped and any rusty bits sorted.

Yep. My painter had to add a bit of blue to the paint to get it the right shade for mine.

Yeap I suppose its a bit like when I went to get some 1956 Ford Black. Paint shop told me any black was close for a Ford! Took ages to get it right! Thanks for the Fire Engine Red Paint Code!!!!!!!
