I think I'll make it a target to attend a UK Transit show or a show that has a strong Transit attendance. I'd prefer the southern half of the Country.
What shows would you recommend?

Where? Northampton or Santa Pod? We would only go to Northampton, we can't take the dogs to Santa Pod.

Northampton is the nearest big town to Santa Pod

from an access point of view, the nearest big town is Bedford, especially when coming from the South to it.
Santa Pod sounds great, I can go down the strip in Duck.

If we are nit picking, Bedford is not on the way to the Pod and is much smaller than Northampton, I use Northampton as a bullet point on the map and if you use the M1 then the Pod os south east of Northampton. I have only been going there for 45 years so I may be able to find it

it is the way I go and seems direct to me (from the Reading direction). I got stopped in the mk3 Cortina in Bedford on the way home by the smokies, whilst a stream of hot escorts roared past. The guy was just curious about my number plates which had green numerals in a sort of Irish script.
