Nice looking van , I have a French van very similar in styling . Personally I think they look better than the British coach build

that's the trouble these days.if ya get someone that has no intention of helping you'll get nowhere. you should try again and hopefully get someone that will be a bit more helpful.

I think Muttley knows something about it. It was local to him. To have a Q plate its likely to be stolen recovered, an import whose age cant be proved or made of used and new parts. Ask the DVLA for its history or have the VIN HPI'd.

It may also have been registered pre 1990 when Q's didn't have such a stigma to them, owner probably didn't want to pay for a dating letter from Ford and there wasn't so much help on the internet. Sorry Fred but I doubt a HPI would show anything regarding why its on a Q

To get a rough estimate of the year, check your window glass. If its triplex toughened there will be a dot over or under toughened.Count the letter to the dot it will give you the year if the glas hasn't been changed

bambi I dont get what you mean. Bell's an 85. Her dot is under the second letter with two over the T and one over the x. How do I get 85 from that? The drvers side is under the g with two again over the T
