And my neighbour who is a farmer said that he'll help me free of charge with lifting the caravan on to the chassis with one of his tractors.

Thats a result. When swapping/fitting a body lifting the body (caravan) on to the chassis is the tricky bit.....

Well I have been running into some problems separating with partner and running out of money is two of them. And return of depression and GAD is two more but I am soldiering on. So I am scrambling to find somewhere to live where I can get the camper ready. I have been looking into cheaper alternatives to reamers though for doing up your kingpins and found this. It's used for polishing the walls of brakecylinders. So I am thinking that the bushes is made of bronze/brass and therefore soft so this should work ok, its worth trying since a in the correct size is about €80 or there about and this tool is only €7. So I think it might be worth trying. The working width of the tool is 11/16"–2 1/2"

Sorry mate you have lost me. What do you want to do with the king pins? Make shims or remove them? Sorry to hear of your other events.

I might have forgotten to mantion I got a replacement set for the kingpins with bushings, bearing and shims etc.
But i need a reamer to make the bushings fit the new pin, and i dont want to spend 80+ euros on a tool i will probably and hopefully not use again for about 10 years. So here comes what google translate says is a "hone" in to the picture, it should work since a reamer takes away very little material so does the honingtool since it made for polishing the inside of brakecylinders and stuff like that.

Well I am buying one this afternoon if it doesn't work as i though, well no harm done since its only €7.
And another question on my mind is if 1/2" sockets are strong enough to work on the wheel assembly?

They say misery loves company but I don't know, but plodding on is all you can do and hope on some chemical assistance from the swedish NHS.
So what you chaps view on the reamer substitute I found?

Not sure - it might work but reamers are longer and will get it absolutely straight (if that makes sense), it might make them big enough to fit but how well they will last or how much play is in them when they are done will be the problem - is there an engineering firm near you that could do them for you as a cash job?

Well since this kind of tool is used for engineblock cylinders as well i think the straightness is within acceptable bounds, what I'm most curios about is if the grinding stones will last the whole jobb since this is a polishing tool more than a grinding tool.
