I usually take the old one to my favourite motor factors and they let me loose in the stores to play snap in the hose section!! ;D Try ebay mate.

Suggest you ask him how old it is Irish, and who made it. I had a Quinton Hazell one once that failed within a year. I thought it was complete rubbish when I saw how it had failled. Perhaps I was unlucky.
I cornered the rep one day, it seemed to me he was well practised in catch 22 cop outs. I'd fitted it under tension. I asked in amazement, how can you fit a hose under tension. He responded, you must have done because it's failed.
And so it went on. And it went on for a very long time because I don't give up easy.
