just before I stopped work I stuck the new panel in place and put the door on but there seems to be one hell of a gap.the hinges line up with the raised bits on the new panel but the top is way out.with the panel removed the reinforcing panel twistes inwards behind the corner panel a bit but not sure if this is the true reason.here's a few pics for you to examine.i got the panel almost perfectly lined up against the side panel by the way. against side panel

Can the door be adjusted? Is everything bolted up tight?

if the door is off then I can squeeze the corner panel and pillar together and move them inwards about an inch but if the pillar moves in surely the door will too.the door is bolted on tight and the hinges line up with the marks on the panel ya know the raised bits.i'm thinking maybe if the bottom hinge is loosened and movedtowards the door it might move the top to the left as the right door overlaps the left.nothings welded up yet which helps.
