Not sure on this particular one,the ad says he went on holiday to Brittany in it,4000 km,ands driving it as a daily because he hasn't finished next project, but HU says 2007,and nothing about TUV,does say in ad has old paperwork, maybe this is 'oldtimer' paperwork,to get the export plates you need a TUV to present with other paperwork at ''issuing office ''to be issued temp export plates(as quoted from various sites on exporting a car from Germany, but none of these give details about exporting oldtimer vehicles) Don't know how the guys been driving it around(legally),but it's being used,(poss google translate message may be your best bet to seller on this one). Plates on it show as it registered as historic(oldtimer),so it gets owner reduced road tax etc,but these plates are for vehicles driven in there original state

Just says in ad four cylinder 120 ps,does look like a DOHC efi lump(Sierra/Scorpio?),must be fun to service unless the new bulkheads got a removable panel, looking at pics looks like engines been set back far enough for sump to clear front axle, simple plug change could be a problem, valve cover off an exercise in skinning knuckles

Hmm finished at EUR 2,965.00 so someone was obviously convinced they could get it legal. It seemed to have lost its body lines on the lower rear quarters too, and if the chassis needed welding on a firevan i wonder what the body was like before the paint? Anybody on here buy it then?

Had a couple of Sierras with them years go. Crap engine.......
