had this once before on a Mk2 luton. You could see the inner wing flexing when the wheel was turned

that exactly what happened here, the steering went loose in the middle and i thought it was the steering box ,checked the adjuster an all was fine , stumped so i got my son to move the steering wheel whist i looked and the whole inner wing was flexing, it would,nt have broken off but worrying all the same.

When you have refitted the box, check the securing bolts after 50 or so miles. They have a habit of loosening off
