Hello, does anyone know if you can change a diesel bull nose over to a petrol grille on a mk1 transit. I've been advised the petrol engine still won't fit in?
Any help would be appreciated:0)

What engine is in the van? If its a diesel or a Pinto then the flat front wont fit. You can fit a pinto and use the flat front but you need modded engine and gearbox mounts and a shorter propsahft.

It's got a 3 ltr petrol Capri laser in it at the moment. I like the bull, but would much prefer the flat. Thanks for your help with this, much appreciated :0)

Do you mean 3.0 v6? The Capri Laser was a 2.0 or 1.6 Pinto 4 cyl

so are you taking the V6 essex out? As l said the V4 essex is a standard engine so will fit. The essex V6 was fitted with the bullnose so you will struggle with the flat front. May be dooable though. Remember the essex comes in V4 and V6 flavours.....
